Matt is a Texas Native that grew up in the small community of New Ulm, TX. Throughout his childhood he grew up ranching in the area, hunting and fishing, Trap and Skeet shooting, and any other outdoor activities throughout the state. After graduating high school in Sealy, TX, he attended Sam Houston State University where he majored in Kinesiology and minored in Business. He then decided to get his Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction shortly after graduating with his undergraduate. While attending Sam Houston State University, Matt participated in the SHSU baseball team, was the President of the SHSU Trap & Skeet Team, Banquet and Social Chair for SHSU Ducks Unlimited, along with numerous other outdoor activities. Matt was then offered a position in the industry he loved and had a huge passion for, where he took a job with one of the top sales and marketing companies in the hunting and outdoor industry. Matt has worked with some of the largest manufacturers in this industry, coming up with plans to market and sell product. Matt has always had a passion for land in Texas and knew that eventually he would become a Realtor. Traveling and exploring all the diverse terrains in Texas, Matt is very knowledgeable with the unique areas this large state has to offer.
